Renee offers a comprehensive program grounded in research on coaching skills for educators. It is designed to build coaching skills for supporting parents and young children. Renee provides these trainings as singular large-group sessions and regularly scheduled small-group workshops, focusing on coaching skill development and reflective practice. Educators engage in evidence-based strategies and frameworks for coaching.
The training includes hands-on scenario work and collaborative planning time to ensure relevance and practical application. Participants leave with a deeper understanding of coaching cycles, confidence in supporting parent partnerships, and tools to translate coaching into daily practice.

Recently, I had the opportunity to be trained by Renee to become a parent coach myself. During these training sessions, Renee has shared powerful frameworks that position parent coaches as learning partners—guides who walk alongside families with empathy and purpose. These experiences have also given me the chance to practice supportive strategies that help families leave each session with a clear, personalized action plan. I can’t take notes fast enough—every conversation with her is filled with useful tools and meaningful takeaways. My time learning from her has been incredibly rewarding, both personally and professionally. I only wish every parent had the chance to work with Renee. She is truly a gift.
